Chris Donlon is presenting “Scampering Squirrels,” “KunG Fu Choo Choo,” and “Up on the House Top” with his 5th graders at Franklin at Brimhall. Congrats kids. Mr.Donlon says you sound great! Sorry I can’t attend this time.
Hale Elem 4th graders are crossing strings with quality sound in String Riffs Volume Two Mary and Her Lambs: Theme and Variations. Many of them will play Ode to Joy for the Finale. They have enjoyed learning this year!
Longfellow Elem beginners will be sharing their big sound through String Riffs D&A, and D-String Dawg:G, F#, E, D from String Riffs Volume One. They are also playing Mary Had a and a little of Jingle Bells. Should be nice mini concerts for their parents.
NMMEA’s All State Clinic will be the location for “Change It Up: Creative Writing, Composition, and Chamber Music,” a new presentation modeling ways to develop student driven skills in your String Program.
